Every dish is made from scratch, packed, then quick-frozen to preserve its freshness. We follow the Heart Foundation guidelines with our meal preparations. Allergens and intolerances (e.g. gluten free, vegan, diabetics) can be catered for an additional R10.

Order any number of meals for the specific week — there is no minimum or maximum.
